🔴 1. LED LIGHT THERAPY MASK
Best for: acne, inflammation, redness, fine lines, collagen support, dullness, uneven tone
Technology: Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT), non-UV, non-invasive
Frequency: 10–20 minutes per session, 3–5× per week
STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Prep the skin
- Cleanse thoroughly to ensure no oil, makeup, sunscreen or residue blocks the light.
- Pat completely dry.
- Avoid exfoliating acids right before LED, as this can cause sensitivity.
2. Choose your light mode
- Red Light (620–650 nm): boosts collagen, reduces wrinkles, increases healing
- Blue Light (460–495 nm): targets acne-causing bacteria, reduces breakouts
